The Parma Town Board consists of four Town Board members and the Supervisor. Town Board members are charged with the responsibility of adopting ordinances and local laws affecting the public health, safety and welfare of the Town; have the power to appoint officers, commissions, boards and other personnel needed to administer the Town’s affairs; provide penalties for the enforcement of all Town codes and laws; and formulate the overall policies of the Town. The Supervisor is the administrative head of our local government; presides over meetings of the Town Board; is the chief fiscal officer for the Town.
