Town of Parma Full Time Assessor

The Town of Parma is accepting applications for a full time Assessor. The Assessor is responsible for determining real property values within the Town of Parma and Village of Hilton. The applicant should have good organizational and mathematical skills and be familiar with the workings of the Assessor’s office including the Monroe County ORPS system, annual roll preparation, property record maintenance, processing exemptions and maintaining tax maps. Interested candidates must meet the minimum qualification standards as set forth in the NYCRR 8188; subsection 8188-2.2 based on education and experience. Applications are being accepted at the Parma Town Clerk’s Office, 1300 Hilton Parma Road, Hilton, NY 14468, Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm until January 13, 2023.
