Passport Information

Although the Town of Parma does not issue passports, you may find the following information helpful in obtaining your passport:

  • Passport Fees: vary depending on the type of passport document and the age of the person
    Photo set - $7.00
    Expedite fee – $60.00 plus whatever the current overnighting charge is.
  • All passport applicants must provide proof of U. S. citizenship. One of the following is acceptable.
    • A certified copy of your birth certificate with a raised seal
    • Original naturalization papers.
    • Old U.S. Passport issued in your name.
  • Identification – a valid driver’s license, current student or military ID with photo or naturalization papers issued to you as an adult for identification.
  • A completed application, type written or neatly printed in black or blue ink.
  • Do not sign the form until in the presence of the clerk.
  • Two identical passport photos, 2”x2” with a white background and a full front view of your head and shoulders.
  • Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by both parents and children ages 16-18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

In addition passport services are available:
Every Thursday at the Greece Town Hall, One Vince Tofany Blvd. off Long Pond Road from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. And Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on the last Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the County Office Building, 39 West Main Street in Downtown Rochester.
