Welcome from the Town Supervisor It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Town of Parma's official web site. Parma is a rural community and a family-oriented town located on the west side of Rochester with the north bordering the shores of Lake Ontario. As the residential development expands west, within our town you can still find many family-owned farms and businesses.
The town encompasses the Village of Hilton where the Parma Library is located. The Town Hall is located on a 100 acre landscaped park with pavilions, playground, pond and miles of trails.
