Passport Information Passport Nights are offered periodically at the Parma Town Hall watch this site for an upcoming date. You may find the following information helpful in obtaining your passport: Fees: Cash, check (bring 2 checks), MasterCard or Visa will be accepted Passport: $100.00 for ages 16 & over $85.00 for applicants under 16 Photo set - $7.00 Expedite fee – $60.00 plus $16.25 postage All passport applicants must provide proof of U. S. citizenship. One of the following is acceptable. A certified copy of your birth certificate with a raised seal Original naturalization papers. Old U.S. Passport issued in your name. Identification – a valid driver’s license, current student or military ID with photo or naturalization papers issued to you as an adult for identification. A completed application, type written or neatly printed in black or blue ink. Do not sign the form until in the presence of the clerk. Two identical passport photos, 2”x2” with a white background and a full front view of your head and shoulders. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by both parents and children ages 16-18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. In addition passport services are available: Every Wednesday at the Greece Town Hall, One Vince Tofany Blvd. off Long Pond Road from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. And Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on the last Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the County Office Building, 39 West Main Street in Downtown Rochester.
